 About the Role

Are you energized by people, fueled by purpose, and ready to guide individuals through some of the most important decisions of their lives? King Law is hiring a Consultation Attorney to serve as the frontline legal strategist for prospective clients across our practice areas.

 This is not a back-office legal role. This is a dynamic, people-facing position where you will conduct consultations with potential clients, evaluate legal needs, and connect them with the right legal solutions. You’ll meet with 30–40 prospective clients per week and will play a critical role in setting the tone, building trust, and converting consultations into retained cases. Our firm provides the support, systems, and coaching to help you succeed — with a target retention rate of 45%.

 About the Position:

·       Conduct 6–8 consultations daily with prospective clients across practice areas such as Family Law, Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation, and Estates.

·       Establish trust through active listening and thoughtful questioning — every client’s story matters.

·       Offer strategic legal direction and guidance tailored to each client’s situation.

·       Convert prospects into retained clients by clearly communicating the firm’s value and legal options.

·       Accurately document client notes, case potential, and next steps in our case management systems.

·       Following up with leads to nurture relationships and close engagements.

·       Collaborate closely with our intake, sales, and marketing teams to maintain a strong consultation pipeline.

·       Track conversion metrics and continuously refine your consultation approach with coaching and feedback.

 Who You Are:

  • A licensed attorney in [NC, SC, or TN with the intent to obtain all licenses] 

·       A confident communicator — empathetic, clear, and persuasive.

·       Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

·       Open to coaching, feedback, and performance-based growth.
